Items purchased in our online store may be exchanged within 5 business days after purchase. In the case of having been ordered with national or international shipping, since the order was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

After we’ve provided you the return information, please return your items within five (5) working days. Items returned after five days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.

For Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): Our warranty period lasts 30 days. If you received an item that is broken or defective, please attach 2 pictures that clearly shows the damage and also describe the issue.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your return has been received. If the item is in perfect condition a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In certain situations non or only partial refunds can be granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after it has been delivered.

The possibility of exchange for the same item will always be subject to availability of stock and will be for the same season that was purchased, to be made within 15 days after purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please choose a trackable shipping service so we can track your order on its way to us. If you do not use a trackable service, we will not be able to guarantee a safe return to our store.
